سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

يرجى قراءة الوصف جيداً قبل إتمام الطلب:

  • القطع المُفصلة (المخيوطة): لا يتوفر استرجاع للمبلغ أو استبدال لأي قطعة تم خياطتها وتفصيلها خصيصاً بناءً على طلب الزبونة.
  • القطع غير المخيوطة: يُسمح بطلب تغيير القطعة إلى تصميم آخر خلال 24 ساعة فقط من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
  • شروط التغيير للقطع غير المخيوطة:
    • يحق للزبونة طلب التغيير مرة واحدة فقط.
    • يتم الموافقة على تغيير القطعة بشرط توفر التصميم البديل (الغير مخيوط) في المخزون.تعليمات الغسيل:
    • يرجى غسل القطع ( غسيل يدوي ) قبل الخياطة
    • غسيل قطع الحرير بالبخار 
    • سوء استخدام المنتج أو عدم مراعاة تعليمات الغسيل لا يتحمل المتجر مسؤوليته
Return and Exchange Policy

Please read the description carefully before completing your order:

  • Custom-Tailored (Stitched) Items: No refunds or exchanges are available for any items that have been specifically tailored and stitched to the customer's request.

  • Unstitched Items: You may request to exchange the item for another design within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Conditions for Exchanging Unstitched Items:

    • Customers are entitled to request an exchange only once.

    • The exchange will be approved subject to the availability of the alternative design (unstitched) in stock.
Care & Washing Instructions

  • Please hand wash the items before tailoring or stitching.

  • Silk items must be steam washed.

  • The store bears no responsibility for any damage resulting from product misuse or failure to follow these care instructions.
